In this presentation Alison will highlight program BMP's for scouting, monitoring, preventing and controlling our most pervasive pests in Cannabis: Hemp Russet Mites, Broad mites, Spider mites, thrips and now also the Cannabis Aphid. From basics to fine tuning, we'll dissect the challenges in biological programs. May 18, 2017, 6-9pm, Cannabis Farmers Council Pest Control Workshop, Spokane, WA. This presentation will have an emphasis on broad & russet mite control. These pests have emerged as two of the most problematic pests for cannabis farmers with bad outbreaks occurring around the state. Speakers will include Alison Kutz, Scott Nielson, and Casey Connell. $10 donation per person.
